We specialise in PMVA, trauma-informed care, conflict resolution, physical intervention and breakaway techniques — all delivered with dignity, professionalism, and real-world insight.
Meet the Founder — Leroy Williams
17+ Years Frontline CID Policing
Leroy began his career serving on the frontline and in CID roles, managing high-risk situations, conflict, safeguarding, and public protection. This experience forms the backbone of LW’s training approach — practical, calm under pressure, and grounded in real-life challenges.
Senior NHS Physical Intervention Instructor
After policing, Leroy worked within the NHS delivering physical intervention and PMVA training at scale. To date, he has trained over 1,500 NHS professionals across acute care, mental health, and high-risk clinical environments.
This experience means our training bridges the gap between policy and practice, ensuring staff understand not just what to do — but why.
BILD-Qualified Practice Leader (Level 5)
Leroy is accredited with the BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Practice Leadership, aligning LW Resolutions with the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) and national best practice standards.
This ensures our training is ethical, legally defensible, and built around least-restrictive principles.
